I just bought Kubota GR2120 and I live in Alaska. I bought chains for my Kubota but the inside of the chains touch rear of the tractor frame on one side and the diesel fuel tank on the other side. Is there wheel spacers for my GR2120?
If you dig deep enough through this forum you'll find all kinds of very good advice on wheel spacers. First thing you need to do is decide if you're going to leave the spacers on year-round. If so determine the thickness of spacer you can put on by measuring between the back wheel and the mower deck. For my little BX with a 54" deck I'm limited to 1.5" spacers (that may be plenty to clear your chains). Anything thicker the back wheels will rub on my mower deck. If you're willing to remove them every Spring then something wider might work. Then as 85Hokie said measure the bolt pattern. As others have posted you can find less expensive spacers by cross referencing spacers for Jeeps or other offroad vehicles. Just make sure the axle nut opening (diameter) will fit also (if applicable).
I called Huckabones in Canada and they said they install Kubota wheel spacers #7000-73734 on GR2120. I have reviewed the parts section and they do have a spacer for GR2120. I'm going to measure like you and the others who have replied to question. Thanks
