Made some sausage & spinach calazones tonight. Didn't come out pretty but they were good. Used some of our homemade sauce for dipping .

Loaf of 8 grain bread fresh out of the Zojirushi. Cracked Emmer, Spelt, Rye, soft white, Groats, Barley, hard red, Einkorn, plus whole sunflower seeds to add to the dough made with 75% hard red / 25% hard white wheat berries.

My brother came over for the weekend. He's a fine cook, so we had rabbit "alla Barese" Friday evening, and steak Bercy on Saturday, both washed down with a nice Brunello di Montalcino.

Can’t beat the Italian church ladies’ cook book.

Always makes enough for 2 pizzas and a few garlic knots.

Delivery guy dropped our stuff off, and it wasn’t cooked yet!!!!

We do a sourdough recipe just cause thats what the wife always makes. Might need to borrow that recipe from you one weekend if that's ok.

Pork cube steaks with caramelized Alisa Craig onions and Strike Beans from last summers garden. Plus a batch of airfryer sweet potato fries. Enjoying the garden taste year round.

We just made some comfort food last night. A macaroni / beef casserole with last years tomatoes. Good food for our nasty weather

I put 6 quarts of scalloped potatoes and ham in a four quart pan……

Out on the chest freezer until oven time.

The parchment paper will (hopefully) protect the half sheet pan from getting real messy…..

We did a winter turkey. Every Thanksgiving we get a fresh bird and get one of the 50 cents a pound frozen ones at Wegmans for February. I make my favorite sausage stuffing to go with it
