Canadian Bacon, Maple syrup and boneless chicken! Breakfast fit for a king.
The Laundry Fairy made me triple batch of waffles. So I have extra waffles already made for some of my future breakfasts. I like to eat a great breakfast, best meal of the day, IMO. I don't always get to break at or near lunch time when I'm out fiddle fartin around!
Ground Venison, taco seasoning, can of rotella, diced onions, cheese, stuffed Poblano peppers! Over a bed of coconut white rice.

I see a beef stir fry in my future…..
The Mrs. is finding that 6” fruit pies sell well at the farmers market. Lots of older folks don’t want a 9” pie.

The Mrs. is the baker of the family. She does pies like a champ.
She likes pumpkin cheesecake for her birthday cake.
I’m a decent savory cook, but not much of a baker. I’m not accustomed to measuring anything. Not a good trait for baking.
I can’t expect her to make her own birthday cake.
Gotten decent at cheesecake over the last almost 40 years. I’ve done a lot of different flavors.
Our daughters often wanted peanut butter chocolate swirl….pretty friggin tasty.
This is pumpkin cheesecake.
(You can see how I stuck it 3 times with a toothpick to make sure it was done….out of my comfort zone)
