Sheep - - that all looks awesome.

The venison I did was just about perfect too.

One daughter's new beau was a little apprehensive at first, but noticed he dug into the venison and beef very well.

The other daughter's beau has been around many years...he doesn't hesitate anymore when he sees ....

I didn't get any Christmas dinner pictures with Ollie's episode. The beef and venison tenderloins were both damned near perfect....some great char outside, and a great Rare- med. rare inside.

Put a couple of Black Fish filet's in the air fryer.

They were mighty fine with rice & veggies.

The wife went to the grocery yesterday, chicken breast or wings were $3.49 lb. Legs were $1.09.

Air fried drumstick with skillet taters & butterbeans.

We have had that air fryer for probably a year but our lives have been cluttered and there was never a good time to give it a try. She has been "Googling" recipes and so far....so good.

Magic - we got an air fryer/toaster/dehydrator thing early last year too.

We don’t cook stuff that much, but use it to re-heat leftovers a lot.

We use the dehydrator a lot, and it’s our toaster now.

Has been a great addition to the kitchen, and got our old toaster oven out of here.

Really handy.

If I told you guys, I'd have to kill you both.... there's certain secrets a cook keeps to himself.....

Honestly, just used the screwdriver to tighten up a pan lid..

Didn't realize it was in the pic until after I posted it...should have had my glasses on...
