Had a “snow” day yesterday

I used beef (and because I’m cheap it was the end trimmings off a tenderloin I cut up )

bread is just regular old wheat bread with garlic butter n cheese

Tried out a new BBQ joint in town. They had fried cornbread bites with honey butter for an appetizer.

Of course we had to try them.

Those things are bloody dangerous
