Did the cut and packaging. For those of you who care, 3 lbs of weight was lost due to the curing and smoking leaving a little over 9.5lbs of smokey goodness. Tracking numbers this time to see if I want to start selling on the side.

Yeah. Called forgetting the actual starting weight of 12.5 lbs. not sure which orifice I pulled the 14.6 out of. Had to go back to photos of the labels to verify.
