Cleaning our the root cellar. Roasted veggies. Last years onions, sweet potatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, carrots, beets, and garlic from the garden. Love to go shopping in the root cellar.

Shopping for Pork Chops

My 75th birthday and this snowstorm got me thinking about this old family photo. Two of my five great uncles and a couple other hillbilly helpers

Dinner tonight. Beef Ribs braised in red wine, rosemary, carrots and tomato’s. Served over home made egg noodles with some fresh grated parmigiana cheese and a side of sourdough bread.

Came home and the Mrs was making stuffed cabbage. I spied the left over cabbage and that was dinner. Boiled cabbage, butter parmisian cheese and some fresh cracked black pepper. Now bettter go make the spare bed up because I’m an hour I will be banned
