Shell rotella t or mobile delvac. Make sure it's for diesel. I use 15w40. some guys use the 5w40 synthetic. Some use 10w30. Depends on the area your in, and the temperature your running it in. Colder temps, thinner oil. Hotter temps, thicker oil. A lot of the guys use strictly kubota motor oil. Just depends on your preference

Rotela T has done me well in all my Diesel engines trucks and tractors.

I'm using Rotella T5 synthetic blend 10W30. I don't work my tractor real hard, but I do a lot of cold start ups and it spends most of it's time in an uninsulated building, so I like oil that's going to flow good and get out of the and through the engine. I wanted T6 full synthetic, but couldn't find it in 10W30.
