What size/thread hydraulic connectors/fittings for Kubota installed third function on a L45 or other TLB

New to me L45 with factory hi-flow third function. It has some caps on it now, want to put a male and female pioneer style connectors on it so I can hook it up to my wicked grapple. The grapple has standard 1/2" pioneer type fittings one male, one female (per EA).

Does kubota factory use 1/2" NPT or 3/4" NPT or 1/2" SAE (3/4-16 UNF ORB)? The pipe where the caps are is about 3/4" diameter.

Looking at the parts book, I would say 1/2'' NPT

How on earth did you even find that in the parts book? I am ordering Summit through Amazon. I just ordered a pair of NPT and a pair of SAE. Maybe one of them will fit

If you are talking about the fittings on the boom the chance they are ORB is virtually nil. Thread #2 is what a male ORB fitting looks like.

3/8 Npt is .685
1/2 Npt is .840

My guess is 3/8.

I looked up the cap on messicks website and by the part number they list it as a 5406-c-08 cap, which is 1/2'' npt. So if the website is correct, I would say 1/2'' npt.

5406 -08 is industry standard for 1/2 NPT cap
