I purchased this tractor roughly two or three weeks ago and I have done nothing but repairs on it since then. I knew that it had a hydraulic leak underneath it when I purchased it. We fixed that and then we did an oil change and changed the fuel filter. Then there was a gas leak and we had to replace the cover on the fuel filter to fix that. Then, the hydraulic control valve started leaking on the hydraulic directional control and we should have that fixed by the end of the day today. The parts just came in yesterday. I have roughly 3,300 in it. Yes, I have the side panels but they're taken off for us to work on it. We did an oil change and got new hydraulic fluid in it.
I was going to sell it with the leaky valve and I put it on Facebook for $3,000 cash with the bush hog and I got over a hundred messages about it. I've never had that many messages about anything in my life. My boyfriend talked to me into taking it off because he said that was too cheap and we can fix the valve ourselves. A local guy wanted $2,000 to fix the valve. It should be fixed by the end of the day and I'm thinking about selling it before something else goes wrong. It is a 1998 Kubota L3300 with front end loader and Bush hog. It had 1908 hours on it when I purchased it and I've probably added 3 hours to it-- maybe four. It is faded because the person before us stored it out in the weather with a tarp. It also has a busted front light as shown in the picture that I uploaded. That's about $100 to repair. Like I stated above, I had $3000 on it with a leaky valve and over 100 people asked about it. Now that I've put $300 into fixing the valve and everything is working on it except the light, I would like to get the fair market value on it. It'll sit in the driveway and rot before I get any less than what I have in it which is about $3,300 but my honey says it's worth more than that. The internet prices they use at $6,000 to $10,000 but I think that's a little steep. Anyone have any input on the value of this?

It looks well worn - but it is worth more than what you have in it for sure.

I would start at $7,500 or $8000 and work from there.

It's pretty rough....but in the right market can bring more than you might think.

IF the engine runs well and all the hydraulics work then most 4x4 tractors with a front loader (in my area) will certainly bring $6,000 and upwards depending on condition and hours.

The value depend on need. If you can use it for projects on your place it's worth more then if you bought it to flip. If it runs as it should, no matter how "ugly" it is it's worth bottom dollar 6K with a loader. If you are going to sell it list it at $7500 and give you room to negotiate if you need to, may not need to!!

It’s pretty rough. Looks like nearly all the light covers are busted or missing. Presuming everything actually works and all the body panels are there and mostly straight, I’m thinking $4k to $6k. Start subtracting from there for repairs that need to be made. You’re into it $3300, so that’s a fine place to be on that tractor in that condition.

Going rate here for a tractor in that condition is $10K minimum.
Your looking at $8K where your at.
