What does the sticker on your vehicle say about you or what people may think about you

Any other sticker can potentially offend a whole lot of people lately, something that I'd rather avoid given how sensitive folks are.
^^^^^

Screw 'em. Grow thicker skin. There is virtually nothing these days that doesn't offend some of the snowflakes out there.

You still have the 'right to be offended' in this country. ;)

Yeah, we don't need to go out our way to 'offend' people, but I won't lose any sleep over the thought that someone, somewhere... didn't like my opinion, position or way I lead my life.

Problem is, some snowflakes will resort to violence/vandalism to prove their point, would rather stay incognito lol. While we have freedom of speech, we do not have freedom from consequence (right or wrong).

Kids used to go to school to learn a useful profession. Now they go to school to learn how to be offended.
Snowflakes are multigenerational from boomers to gen Z and with various levels of schooling, I wouldn't attribute lack of thick skin to education 😂

I think some of you might have it wrong. Many of us who might or might not fit your definition of a snowflake must look at some of the decals and bumper stickers and just feel sorry for the owner of the vehicle, or maybe even contempt. Not offended. Very unlikely to react with violence.

Agreed. MUCH more likely to be passive aggressive and just 'key' a vehicle or spray paint a building or its windows. Bunch of cowards. ;)

Yankee's have confirmed that very thing for me in the past. ;)

I get along with most midwesterners, westerners (most) and most from the deep south.
I'm a Yankee 😉😉😉 20 years in Vermont. But the group your referring to are transplants from a few other states. Mainly certain cities. We don't like them either 😉😉😉😉

I don't like one of the politicians that you sent to Washington, but apparently, people in Vermont must really like him, because they keep re-electing the socialist. This alone says a lot for your state. I liked Vermont when the cows outnumbered the people, but that was a very long time ago.

Wasn't me that sent him, if your referring to sometime in the last 25 years. And before that, I was only able to vote 4 of those years. And of those 4 years I sure didn't vote for the idiot.

I left the state at 22yo and only have gone back to see friends and family. It was bad when I left. And has only gotten worse.

I will tell you though, my friends and family still there don't like or vote for the idiot either. You need to look at someone's user profile before making assumptions about "My State".

Apparently you are not familiar with what's going on in most colleges and universities today. Look up, "critical race theory". See also [insert subgroup dujour] theory, or [insert subgroup dujour] studies.

They are literally being taught to be offended at many very normal aspects of life, and to see evil intent in everything they don't like. They are also being taught that they have a right to never be offended. Makes for a very bad mix.

Mark is right

they're being taught to be offended and that is bad news for them, the kids they raise, and then their kids.

I didnt grow up as no snowflake, if I did I'd have been dead twice before age 10, instead of just once. DOA at hospital at age 8, but they managed to get me revived. I had, honestly, a rough childhood and should NOT be here. Grew up with abusive neighbors and friends. Played with abusive friends. I didn't know no better. But you know what? The experiences were what prepared me for my future.

I graduated 10 years ago, I was never taught any critical race theory nor was I taught to be offended by everything. What is this drivel? Fox News?

From the internet:

"Critical race theory is an academic concept that is more than 40 years old. The core idea is that race is a social construct, and that racism is not merely the product of individual bias or prejudice, but also something embedded in legal systems and policies."

^^^ you're telling me you disagree with this? This is 100% factual.

Edit* this will trigger some snowflakes 😂

I work in the public school system as well as having gone through public higher education and can tell you what they are teaching our kids is ridiculous. Starting in elementary school they want to teach the children about all the different genders and masturbation. In middle and high schools they start teaching the kids how to perform "safe" sex acts including masturbation by inserting "safe" house hold items and how to perform sodomy "safely." You know because children need this information. They gave out questioners in math classes at the 5th grade level asking what the kids preferred pronouns were and how they identified. This is not to give us educated youth but indoctrinated youth and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
College is much worse. I had a history professor who came straight out denouncing the christian faith brainwashing his students into following his practices. Spoke about how Jesus was made up and brainwashed some of his students into believing exactly that. This was a western civilization class with thebtext book having nothing to do with his views but since he had a soap box and an audience he went for it. Had another professor who told us all how white men are basically the devil and everything wrong with society. Our sexiest and racist ways were ruining society.
Now these are multiple examples from one poster. This is going on and you can find this stuff written in their curriculums at the lower levels which is public knowledge. This isn't from any news outlet but from my experience seeing what they want us to teach, what has been "taught" to me, and what is trying to be pushed down my friends kids throats.

Good, this is not a Christian nation and I'm glad different religious views are being shared. Religion has no place in government or higher education.

Re: sex and sex education, my experience was that parents had the option to opt out of such courses. Maybe you can verify that.
