Mowed the yard for the first time with the new kubota zero turn mower :D Should have pulled the trigger years ago on one :rolleyes: Was taking about 3 hours to mow the two acres with a 60" finish mower and l1501. Plus a couple hours weed eating and trimming. Took around an hour with the zero turn. Thats with picking up downed limbs I missed and chopping up the rest of the leaves. Should get it down a little quicker now that the yards cleaned up. Then spent a half hour with the push mower doing the ditch, and blowing everything off.

Spent about 2 hours total in the yard with blowing the leaves off the fence and out of the flower beds before I Mowed :D

Well Daren, I decided to skip mowing today and probably tomorrow since it's a high of 19 degrees and windy! ***10052;***65039;

Figure it'll be green by Friday!![emoji271]

Hilled a 100ft row of potatoes, cut some ditches across the pasture, plowed another spot for a garden, and gave the ol' girl a bath.

Looks great, wish I had a big machine like that. I have to agree, while I like the looks of a set of big fat turfs, R1s always look bada$$.

Sounds like a dead battery. I wonder if it's not charging.

Well with temps going to be inthe low 50s for the next 10 days or so I figured I would take the blade off and put the MMM on. You know sharp blades grease everything check gear box for oil,, you know stuff... I have a habit of getting under my machines when I do this just to check things out,,, hmmm where did this grass come from in that hole? Fired up the compressor, stuck the nozzle inthe hole and blew out a nest of mice and filled up half a pail with, what looked like down, some kind of stuffing, feathers, grass, and all kinds of crap,, even blew out bits of a plastic seedling planter :eek:.
So guys even if you use your little beasty often this is the time of year these little ^%$#@%^^%@(*@&%^#'s start to get into everything:mad:

Moved compost to the garden for my honey. Digging out some tree stumps and rocks to clear out the area for the chicken coop that we'll be building. First action on the BX23S backhoe. So much fun![emoji1]

Spring service. Poked the weather gods in the eye last week and took blower off after our 34" snowfall.

Replaced dented HST filter, fuel filters, BxPanded Under Armor and brush guard back on.

Loader will go back on after some of the dirt work is done with the box blade.

Lotsa dirt work to do as soon as weather allows...

Oliver the Boxer was inspecting my work in picture #1.
