EA was very reasonable for shipping over 1,000lb in weights to the local FedEx depot.Grey would work too!
I need to get some more weights but I can't bring myself to go to the JD shop I did however, see that they will supposedly ship free on Amazon. Everyone else wants your first born in shipping fees.

That orange Kubota paint is very good stuff, but expensive for sure. They're a conversation piece and ballast
Yeah, I actually asked about it when I ordered my grapple. Thing is, I only need another 4 or 5 of them and they only sell them by the half ton. Shipping would have been super cheap if I had ordered them with the grapple.EA was very reasonable for shipping over 1,000lb in weights to the local FedEx depot.
I do like that cord, and the stick on cord mounts.I finished up quick attach automation project. I am including some details here for those who indicated an interest in trying this.
There was some deflection that was caused by the placement of the hole in the 1-1/4 OD tube on the left side. There was 1/8" + of space that allowed that connection to flex. That issue was solved by drilling out a large washer so it would fit over the protruding actuator stub.

As you can see there is very little space left now.
I also changed the wire feeding the actuator. There was a very real possibility that it could become entangled in the bucket during curling. I took a retractable 6ft 16ga extension cord and cut off the connectors. That is now spliced in with spade connectors and it stays safe when curling from one extreme to the other.

For now its done I have practiced dropping and picking up the bucket several times with no uh ohs.
It remains to be seen if that retractable cord can stay safe in the woods or is the actuator going to take a hit with something. Time will tell. I am already thinking of version 2.
I have had some not so great experiences with them. The sticky connection to the tractor is fine but the problem has been the other side of the foam pad that connects to the plastic plate. Some of them have just separated leaving the pads on the tractor. . .I do like that cord, and the stick on cord mounts.
I was cleaning up some of the pole wood that I have left over the last year. Takes some practice picking it up with the grapple. Then main thing I have found (Thanks to GP Outdoors) is to put the loader in float when closing the grapple at the same time you curl.
Some of it was a little small to mess with, but I had it in the grapple, so I went ahead and cut it up.

Got a link to GP that shows what you're talking about? Never thought about floating the grapple.I was cleaning up some of the pole wood that I have left over the last year. I think it's this oneGot a link to GP that shows what you're talking about? Never thought about floating the grapple.
Here is a newer one.Got a link to GP that shows what you're talking about? Never thought about floating the grapple.
I had the same issue with the wires for the lights on my rops. Just for the hell of it I grabbed the hot glue gun and stuck that between the VHB (3m double stick foam tape) and the plastic square. I think it did a satisfactory job of melting the foam AND adhering to the plastic pretty well. None of them have come off again, yet. *YET*I have had some not so great experiences with them. The sticky connection to the tractor is fine but the problem has been the other side of the foam pad that connects to the plastic plate. So right after I shot these pics I ran a coat of silicone rubber all around the edges and over the top of the plastic base.
