Learned that on an open tractor, even a ickle Kubota, you should wear a hard hat and face/eye protection as well as ear defenders, after a low branch tried to rearrange my face.:(

About got hit 2x today going to feed cows. I don't think anybody remembers what a double yellow line means or what is fixing to happen when a blinker is turned on. They must think a left turn signal means go ahead and pass.

I think my Kubotas are pouting. Spent all day yesterday and most of this morning on a 4640JD and when I went to get my tractor out of the shed it started raining. Just my luck.

Wish we could get some rain. It is so dry my Kubota changed color.
I washed it today and found my pretty tractor. Unfortunately I found scratches that need TLC on the paint.:(

I spent about 6 hours moving and grading 15 tons of black dirt to fill in at the base of a hill and feather it out so I can mow in front of the house.

Hauled the log splitter to where the splittin' needed to happen. I'm loving the receiver on the three point hitch. It makes grabbing a trailer or the splitter and moving it a breeze. :D
Wojo:

Speaking of receiver hitches. We put one on the top inside of the loader on our L3700SU tractor. Today, I hooked up to our RV trailer and Pushed it into our shed vs. trying to back it up with our pickup. It works beautifully. It is also much easier to hook up than backing into something to pull it.

I also have a 3 point receiver hitch which we can and do use to haul a utility trailer to take to our burn pile. I can then raise the tongue, dump the stuff or pull it out if leaves on a tarp. Later, I can move it with the loader.

Makes life a lot easier, doesn't it?

I just used my B6000DT to tow a '49 Farmall cub outta of the fence row and then towed it up onto a waiting trailer. As they say "easy Pee-zy"! Those little bugger are real pullers.

Be careful greasing the zerk on the throwout bearing carrier. It doesn't need much. The clutch on my 1980 B7100 was acting up when I bought it 2 years ago but this summer got to the point where it would not release when cold & all free play adjustment was used up. I split the tractor & found the previous owner (had it for 20 yrs.) must have greased it every time he went near it & forced it past the bearing. The inside of the bell housing, pressure plate, flywheel & clutch disk were saturated with old grease. Clutch disk was worn but not down to the rivets & never slipped, even with all that grease. Replaced pressure plate, disk & throwout bearing. Built up the worn fingers on the fork that moves the throwout carrier & got some free play adjustment back. Works great now. Also replaced the rear main seal on spec while I had it apart & removed & sprayed the sheet metal/frame. New decals & she looks great.

I used my B3200 to load up the snow blower it came with onto a pallet to ship it to the guy that bought the snow blower.
I use mine more for a mover and lifter than anything else. I had back surgery about 22 years ago. My B3200 is a life saver!
