Put some side rails on the trailer so we can bring a load with us. Then I used the grapple to aerate lawn
.

Picture was sent to me from a bud who lives on the other side of town. He said the white box bobbing is an Amazon package.Looks like the postman didn’t finish his route today!

I have to agree with you. I've moved trailers around a fair bit using a hitch (ball) on the end of one of the pallet fork tines, and recently made a turnover 2" & 2-5/16" hitch that pins on the end of the fork. But as you say, the hitch can move very rapidly left or right with just a small input to the steering wheel and moving a trailer this way is less than ideal. "touchy ... overall geometry is weird" is true. But man is it hard to move with it like this, it's so touchy and the overall geometry is weird.
I bought them from Messicks, L2280 is the wholegoods part numberwhere did you find this add on? been looking . Thanks for the input
Get that winch on. Nothing to loose and everything to gain. What do you have for a winch ?I have been working on my woods road and dragging some large pine logs out to be cut up into firewood View attachment 157850 View attachment 157851
I need to work on getting the used skidding winch on the tractor. Might be a project for the afternoon when it's to hot to work in the sun.
Got it on. Still have some tweaking to do. 260 lbs.Bought some weights for my 1880. Only took over a year To find some not jacked up on price. 250 lb total. After seeing a post about weights on a weight bar, been looking. Was never fond of the ballast box sticking out the back.
