Weirdest Tractor I Have Ever Seen

Ran across this video of a tractor with four extra wheels for more ground clearance. Looks like it's in Italy.

That thing is but ugly! But I see it had a removable ROPS.

So do the tractor wheels drive the lower set? You would have to swap the forward/reverse functions.

It's a some type blower that he used to purge the water out out of the hose.
When he used it, there was no water supply hooked to it.

Seriously why not just buy an elevated machine? Not like you can use this one for anything else with those wheels sticking out from the front/back.
