Just put 55lb Kubota weights from the dealer on the front of my L 3800 weight/brush guard. I can not lower the loader far enough to put the bucket flat on the ground. The metal hydro lines hit on the weights. Weights can't go any closer to the tractor as they are already tight to the front. Has anybody had this issue or relocated the hydro lines for clearance?

I don't think most people use front end weights with a front end loader. Usually the loader adds enough weight that front weights are unnecessary.
You will not be able to use the weights with loader on. They do stick out too far. As the other post you will not need any weight with the loader on. I do not use weights and have not had any trouble with the loader off. No liquid in tires either.

As already advised, with an FEL on your tractor, front weights aren't useful. However, if you pick up a good load in the bucket, you'll wish you had that weight on the back end -- particularly if you aren't traversing level, hard ground! You might want to get your dealer to exchange them for rear ballast, or fabricate a mount or container for them hooked to your 3PH.
