website outages recently becoming a bit of a pain now.

as in the title really , i seem to be afflicted by continual OTT website outages now, started a week or so ago and lasted for quite some time, then again last week for a few hours, and again today for a few hours.
I get a message that the site is unreachable or something and to contact the site and report the problem, some sort of server issue.
anyone else having this sort of problem, its a real pain now to be honest as everytime i go to OTT , its seem to be offline or unreachable.
checked my end and its not here....


any ideas on what goes on and a resolution.

I'm on every day, and haven't noticed any outages lately- it has been a couple of weeks or more.

I have seen some outages in the last couple weeks. Have not kept track of them though.

A couple of days ago it was sketchy. It would work for a little while and then the browser would shut down and restart like the site had something going on. That is the only think I have seen recently.

Hmmm - we haven't planned on any of these outages so this is news to me. Next time you get told the site is not reachable would you mind just noting the time (and your timezone) and then passing along that information to me? I will be able to look through the service logs to see what might be going on.

Sorry about this guys - it's just one of those things, always maintenance and upkeep to do. I'm on it!
