Why we would all like to run our tractors on water, it's going to take a little time before that happens!
(Sorry I had to say that!
)
Ok now on to business, disconnect both end of the lines that go from the injector pump to the injectors, loosen up the line that feeds the injector pump, drain tank, drain filter bowl and replace if you don't have a new filter just put the old one back in for right now, but get a new one, it's important to get the water out of the injector pump and injectors as soon as possible, as they can tarnish and possibly rust highly polished parts.
Fill with small amount of diesel (1/2 gal), (you will dump this after it has circulated a bit), crank it till fuel comes out of line feeding side of injection pump, tighten line, crank again till fuel comes out of top of injector pump, replace lines to injectors but do no tighten at injectors, crank again till fuel leaks out lines,
tighten all lines at injectors, crank again and should start! Let it run for about 15 min, take off fuel bowl and drain that fuel again, replace with new diesel, (You can wait to do this till you get a new filter.)
Get a new
BRIGHT YELLOW diesel can, and have your eyes and / or glasses checked... Sorry just had to remind you not to do it again
Edit: Thanks Russell, I missed that part.
