Virnig V30 Grapple

I was struggling to find a grapple relatively quickly for a few projects to complete with my LX2610 and came across this Virnig V30 Root Rake Grapple (54”).

I know that most people prefer other grapple brands and I don’t often hear of this one for compact tractors, but this looks relatively solid and I don’t plan on abusing it. I guess time will tell!

Good looking grapple - I am sure it will serve you well. I use my grapple on my LX - frequently.

They make good stuff!
In retrospect,I should have ordered a Virnig,instead of waiting for a Landpride that never happened.
Virnig was 12 weeks out at the time.
Price was decent as well.
Who knows what the delivery time would really be?
Ended up with a Paliton 54" that will work OK.

I ordered it from Messicks because they seemed to be the only ones with them in-stock close to me. My local dealer said about an 8 week lead time if it wasn’t in stock. I believe it’s right around 250/260lbs (the shipping weight was 297lbs on the pallet. I ended up paying $2,000ish with freight.

I ended up going with the below MTL 60". Not saying its better, just another option. They shipped same day, came in with no problems and it look to be a stout tool. Haven't even used it yet.

They must be hungry. I used their dealer locator to see who was close to me and within 24 hours I got a follow-up email from Bryan Virnig asking of I had found a distributor. Now if they could just deliver that fast we might talk.....

It's an automated message and I received one from "Bryan Virnig" within a minute of using their dealer locator link.

Regardless, I'm adding Virnig to my list of potential manufacturers. They seem to be a solid, non-chinese importing company and there are two dealers near me.
