Found one of his videos and that led to watching another, then another, etc. The one from 2 years ago about doing different tasks at an airport has him doing anything from Air Traffic Controller to plowing snow. A comment on one of his videos said "he's like a metric Andrew Camarata". He built some neat stuff too:
