This popped up on my youtube and I wondered if anyone else has seen this.
Obviously a shop vac with the vacuum dialed down a bit works and most everyone has one.

Looks like it does what a shop vac will do. However, at almost $150, I'll have to pass.

$33 for a pump like this:

better yet a fluid extractor. It does the same thing. Attach a extractor hose to the vent tube on the transmision, let it suck a little bit and then R&R the filter with little to no mess. Or use it to remove some excess fluid that's over-filled. Or change the oil in the mower. Or outboard. Or boat. They have tons of uses.
