using the Kubota parts site

I have tried multiple times to use the Kubota illustrated parts site with no success. I tried to enter the required info and have always gotten "no response".
Under "model" I have listed "B2601HSD-1"
under "Description" i entered "B series compact tractor"
under the "serial number" I entered both the 5 digit and 17 digit serial numbers
I still get "0 hits"

will someone please explain how to use this site correctly.

Just put in B2601 for the model number...then select yours.

Sadly Kubota doesn't put forth much effort helping owners maintain and repair tractors. You will have better luck with these private companies for parts. Messicks,German Bliss, Colman's Kubota. Let us know what you think about those companies. Dealers can be hit or miss,some are very helpful while some are only interested in sales of new tractors.

That site works as well...just type in "B2601" for the model number and you'll be present with options...
