Upgrading to Nokian Snow Tires fitment question

Hi guys

Im looking at upgrading to a L5740 and it has the following tires

Fronts - 10-16.5
Rears- 17.5 x 24

I would like to swap out the tires to these Nokian Snow Tires as I will be running on asphalt all the time for snow removal

Is it possible to swap out to these tires?

Your 16.5 rims are the biggest issue. I just checked some pictures I have of a L6060 and it had 250/80R16 and 400/80R24 tires. So I am thinking you will need different rims as well. ???

The fronts would be the ag rims for the 9.5 - 16 tires. The rears I am not sure. You would need a rim for a 16.9-24 tire. I will think about it and see what I can come up with, but no promises.

Have you talked to your dealer or a tire shop ? Probably not common in your area, here it is.

But now we are assuming both tractors have the same ratios, and that is a dangerous game to play. If they are great, if not, your could be out a bunch of $$$.

I did speak with a Kubota dealer and here are the options

So what would be the best Rim setup for the Nokian tires?

Fronts
9.5x16
10x16.5 (already installed)
10.5x15
12.5x15

Rears
14.9x26
17.5x24 (already installed)
41x18x16.1
6/10/70 (whatever that means)

Looking at Nokians website it looks like they have some tires that are pretty close in size to the rim width

For the Fronts Nokian has these sizes available
250/80/R16--- Will that fit on the 9.5x16 RIM?

Nokian has these sizes available ----------Which tire fits correctly on the 17.5x24?
440/80/R24
420/65/R24

The 250/75/16 says it will fit on a 7-9" wide rim, so you're fine there.

The 440/80/24 is a lot closer to the diameter of the 17.5-24 than the other one, but still slightly taller. At least from the calculations.
