while I was setting the white flags for the dog controller, I had it in my hand and holding up to my ear listening for the buzzer to set the flags at the right distance. I was not paying attention to where I was stepping and i walked into the shock zone with that collar in my hand and it lit me up. I can see where a dog will stay in his boundary. Instead of just throwing it down, I turned and ran back to the white flags. The learning curve for me was short and sweet!!!!

I've had one for years. Works great once dogs are trained to it. I had one dog that would get a running start and run thru it. I took his collar off of his neck and put it around his waist. After a few shocks to his tender areas, I put it back around his neck, and he hasn't left home since.

He is about 2 weeks in. He only blew through it once when he saw our other dog in the neighboring pasture playing with the neighbors dogs. I have since bumped up the correction level 1 click. Other then that doing well. I walk past the flags and he sits down and watches me.
