U35-4 swing bracket pin: 150 RC78866460 PIN(70-135) Material and tolerances

Good morning, Any of you ever replaced this pin, no 150, the 4 busings I have received are made of Stainless Steel, hoping pin 150 has been "hardened" or chrome plated, anyone knows? thanks, Michel.

I haven’t replaced that pin but I can assure you that it is hardened. Are the bushings factory or are they custom made? If they are custom made out of 300 series stainless, they will gall and freeze up tight.

Awesome, the bushing are OEM factory from Japan, items #20, #30 and #40,
$400 ea. I will take it apart and see, my friend's is a heavy mechanic for 300 machines, and will assist.
I will check my manual for the tolerances....
