two knobs which one is decompression and fuel shut off

Hello all, just got my new to me B7200E, Both knobs will kill the engine, key does not, I know one is decompression and one is fuel shut off, left is black and slides back in when I let go, right is red and will stay out.

2nd pic is my new machine, I like it and I think the price was right.

My L245DT decompression is on the left side of my dash and fuel shut off is a lever near my right foot.
I would "think" that the fuel shut off would be the one that returns on its own, as mine does. It should have a return spring if its a momentary shut off, not a "valve".
Also, raise the hood and open and close the decompression handle and you should see it move.... "play with it" see what does what, i doubt you could break anything.

Your fuel shut off should be the one on the right (red one).

emblems on them identify them, looks pretty clear to me which is which!
