Turf can't handle weight?

I have an L3710 that I replaced my turf tired B9200 with recently.

The L3710 has R4's that are loaded, so the whole machine is punching in around 6000lbs before I put something in the bucket...so figure 7000+ when I have something loaded and attachments...

I use the machine on my lawn and driveway for various projects so I'm looking for minimal turf damage.

As an example my R4's are rated for somewhere around 5300lbs EACH plus the fronts which are good for 4140 EACH...so I have plenty of tire for my use. (approx 18880lbs). http://www.titanstore.com/info/49U3D1

Approx 1570lbs EACH, which means they likely can't even support the weight of my machine empty.

I know I've seen plenty of L tractors with turfs, honestly they look pretty cool with giant turf tires....but it seems I'd be looking for trouble downgrading my R4's.

Thoughts? Experience?

I doubt it, they come OEM so I dont think there is a problem using them, the foot print will be wider, however traction with a heave bucket might be problematic, but again I have my doubts about that too too.

Your problem here is that you are comparing 8ply tires to 4 ply tires. Big difference in the load ratings.

Good point BAP, I'll need to check out higher ply and see if the ratings are similar.

My 2650 with oem turfs total load is 5600. Tractor and me is 2500 plus my backhoe 850 and the front loader incl bucket 700. Leaves me with about 1550 lbs total lift ability before I pop. Not too bad. The Loader only takes like 1,000 lbs. I think I should be good to go for lightweight yard work. I'll swap to my R1's for the heavy stuff. Granted 8 Ply+ would make me feel better. I asked my dealer about getting them and he says kubota doesn't sell them as an option. Doesn't make sense why not.

Does using the BH77 backhoe place a lot of downward pressure on the tires even when using the stabilizer arms?

that when I mow the R4 front tires really dig in my yard and make a mess
when turning . I want to replace the front tires with turf but a dealer said I need to have turf tires on all four wheels anyone have any thoughts on this

The dealer is correct you have to change all four to one type. ratio's and such. that means new rims too.
