Well I've been fighting the sun while using my tractor the summer and have been toying around the idea of a canopy. I really didn't want to shell out $400-$500 and end up not liking it. I saw that TRactor supply carried some umbrellas but the one I like (ROPS mounted) my local tsc didn't carry but could order with a rain check. It finally came in and I picked it up today and got installed. I only used the tractor for a couple hours today but I am pleased with my $79 plus tax purchase of the umbrella.

Nice. I'm just getting started with my tractor and implements so I'd rather not shell out the cash for a hard top now. I might could go for something like that. What is the brand and model number? Does it come in other colors? Thanks
bambam31 - Tractor supply carries a couple tractor umbrellas but this is the only one that mounts to the ROPS. As far as I know it only comes in that one color.

That is not a bad looking deal! I'd be worried that a good wind gust will do the umbrella trick on it. Please keep us posted on how it works out long term...
gpreuss - Ill try and take some pictures underneath to show the supports for the umbrella. They are pretty stout. Most of my pasture land is wide open and has decent winds gusts. Im sure it will get tested out there and Ill be sure to report back my findings. But so far pretty happy with it.
