It's impressive, but very scary. You'll never be able to believe anything you read or see, the '24 elections are going to be free-for-all.
AI Chatbots will bring jobs back from Nigeria, India, Philippines and China. No more overseas call centres. Now you can talk to a support chat bot that doesn't understand what you are asking and offering you things you never asked for.
Yes scary is what I had in mind. It provided stunningly good summaries of a couple of books I'd read, and equally impressive answer to comparing/contrasting them. Its not perfect on details about M4500DT tractors (tried to tell me they had a 3 cyl V-2600 engine), and declined to answer important questions like best ways to seduce one's partner (and she gave me a clip over the ear for asking it that question).
It's far too extreme to be usable. It seems pretty good for things that don't need real answers. For some simple things it refuses to give the correct answer, but prefers an "approved/nonsensical" answer instead.
