I have a 2019 kx033-4 cab excavator (1200hrs). I was offered a b2301 (40hrs) with loader and backhoe plus 8200 for trade, what ya think?

They have 1,000’s of listings of asking prices, and may help to estimate values of the B2301 with loader and backhoe and your kx033-4.
Your excavator is a very capable machine. Difficult to evaluate a trade on a pretty plain-Jane sub-compact tractor with a loader and backhoe. (Don’t get me wrong, I’d love one, but I don’t have an excavator….

Is it a good idea? Nah. I'd keep the excavator and get a used tractor to go along with it. Going to a B2301 with backhoe is a big step backwards from a dedicated excavator.
Of course, you didn't tell us what you're using it for. If you need to mow lawns then an excavator is pretty useless, and a B2301 is pretty useful. If you need to dig ditches....keep the excavator.
