I have a 6 month old M5140 with 4wd. The other day I drove it about a mile to the nearby gas station to refuel. I noticed that it seemed to be "limping" on the right side. Almost as if the rear tire had a flat spot or a bump in the tire. Has anyone ever experienced this or might know what this could be? Thanks for any suggestions.

Are your tires foam filled (flat proof)? Liquid filled tires may also cause a slight limp or maybe it just sprained its rear axle.

Some of ours do this, different brands, some smooth out after a mile or so and some don't. Our M8540 and L5740 don't...yet.
With my little B6100 and filled tires it rides a little rough in high gear on asphalt and feels like it has a wobble in the back. It didn't start to do it until I added ballast in the tires.
If it sits for a time between uses, it can get a flat spot on the bottom. It usually goes away as the tire warms up. I have experience it before on more than one tractor, with no long term ill effects. As far as I know and am concerned, it is normal.

I agree with Hodge my tractor does the same thing normally goes away after tire warms up , not to worry
I agree with the others, my 9000 is bad about doing this. It'd funny how this goes unnoticed on dirt or gravel roads but will beat you to death on asphalt. It's much worse during cold weather than in the summer heat.
