According to Kubota site the 3200 has a 91.5 CI 3 cylinder engine, the 3800 has a 111.4 CI 3 cylinder engine and the 4600 has a 134.1 CI 4 cylinder engine.

In short each machine has a different engine size, the 3200, 3800 are 3 cylinder and the 4600 is a 4 cylinder.

Looks like the mobile version of Kubota's site viewed on an iPhone shows the L4600 is 3 cyl while the desktop version of the site and the product brochure PDF shows 4 cyl.

I think they got their wires crossed somewhere. Reminds me of the old "Less filling, Taste great" beer commercial.

Damn there's all kinda of miss prints every where. I happen to have a sales brochure in my hands from when I went looking and the L3800 and L4600 the weekend of Valentines day and it what is listed for all 3 models.

Indirect injection , vertical, water cooled 4-cycle diesel

Says that on the back cover for the L3200 L3800 and L4600

Eric, look at it again. "Type" of engine is listed as indirect injected, verticle, water cooled 4 cycle diesel.

Look down 4 slots to where it says "number of cylinders"

Okay...here she is!

Delivered about 10 am and got in about 5 hrs of road grading with the 5' LandPride GS1560 Grader...dropped the scarifiers down and went to work. Made a good start on my roads as I made a dent on about 3/4 mile of dirt road...took out quite a few gulleys and moved some rocks around. The L4600HST worked like a champ for 5 hrs today.

No jerky 3 point lift on this one either.

I ordered a Piranha Tooth Bar from Bxpanded for my 66" bucket yesterday...they custom made it and shipped it today. Inside dimension of bucket was 64.5" . Will post some before and after pics after using the Piranha in a few weeks.

For my needs the L4600 was the way to go as I needed the extra weight and HP over the L3800 on those roads.

Thinking about ordering the Pat's Quick Hitch if anyone has any thoughts on that I would appreciate it. In addition to the land plane grader have a disc harrow and rotary cutter and probably would make it a little easier to swap out.

Appreciate all the help and advice from everyone! Many THANKS!
