Bulldog, what day will you be jumping the creek with rockets. We could make some money off that. !!!!!
ps, your truck has an E4OD, not an AOD.
Mine is an '01 f250 4 door super Duty. It spends most of its time parked. I also use it to tow a 30 ft camper.

ipz2222, my plans on the creek jump are still pretty ruff right now. I'll supply the creek if you will supply the tractor. That might get things moving quicker.

You're dead on about the E40D tranny. I was going for the Auto Overdrive ref. but that shows you were paying attention for sure.

I like the truck very well. It's just a plain old work truck with hand crank windows and rubber floor mat. I did put the nice cloth buckets in it but I love being able to simply drag the water hose in it and wash the dirt out. That helps alot after a trip thru the pasture and step in the green mud. :D

Daughter's boyfriend had an 88 chevy 1 ton with dump that quite running. Thought it was the fuel pump. I went and cked, it was. he wanted me to fix it. I did. Wanted to know if I wanted to buy it. Wife did. Very good condition, new tires all around, dually. Jasper 5.7 eng with less than 800 miles on it. New clutch installed with eng. Granny 4 spd. Now I don't have to pay someone to haul gravel. Can use the f250 to haul the tractor and then load the dump truck. More fun things to do.

MAN thats a pulling little tank there. I'd love to have an old Ford F350 one ton with the granny gear. That damn thing will pull the hinges off of hell.

Eric, If you look close, you can see the price tag on the front bar. I didn't look at the price, knew I couldn't afford it. Maybee if a bunch of us get together, Mr Bulldog will give use a group discount. he he..

HOLY CRAP I didnt notice the price tag til you said something. So Home Depot is selling that thing? I dont think the ones around my neck of the woods do.

I dont know I hate shoping at the Depot. Im a Lowe's man and I'll go out of my way further to shop at Lowes. I've got a Depot 2 miles away from the house and I'll go 6 miles to hit up Lowe's

Ours are actually side by side. You pull out of one parking lot and 1 turn into the next one. really good when one doesn't have what you're looking for.

In Dalton our Lowes sucks and the Depot is the way to go. Lowes is higher priced on about every thing and you hope like hell that you don't need any help with anything. If you do you better have your running shoes on so you can chase somebody down because they damn sure are running the other way when they see you.

Nissan Titan LE, 4x4, King Cab, Off-road pkg, Big Tow pkg, 9,400 towing capacity. This is my first import truck, and so far, I am EXTREMELY impressed. Not only does this thing have a very quiet and comfortable ride, but it has got "grunt" to match. This is by far the strongest half ton truck I have ever driven. I have heard the new Tundras are very stout trucks too, but have never driven one. I LOVE this Titan.

I can't tow it, as I don't have a trailer. It very rarely leaves the yard, but this week it is doing some landscaping at my son's place. AT 900 lbs plus the attachments, its well within the limits of the truck.
'83 F250 with helper springs from when I had a 10.5 foot camper on it. Extended back bumper makes loading a pain, but I now see some value to it, holding the scraper blade
