My forks were delivered strapped to a pallet and delivered by RL carriers on a box truck with a lift gate. I have a decent sized yard and driveway, he was able to turn around no problem. If you have a short driveway these guys are real good about backing up their trucks, they do it for a living.

They delivered to my house in the woods, free shipping.

I wish they made one in that price range for the standard BX bucket mount (not Skid Steer).

"Everything Attachments.com" has a nice pallet fork setup made by Construction Attachments but the free shipping they advertise doesn't apply to residential addresses - and the forks are $778 (why so much more $ than for the SSA style?) so with shipping it's over $1,000. :(

RL carriers also delivered mine, but it was a tractor trailer. They had a big deliver a the Holcim cement-producing facilities and it was on that truck.

I hate to say it, but I think that the forks and carrier were made in China and that is why the cost is so low. I don't know anything about the way the BX mount works. Is they no way to adapt one of these to work?

They ARE made in China, read here: http://www.greentractortalk.com/forums/implements-attachments/18307-pallet-forks.html#post200590

How you you think they can sell them so cheap with "free" shipping when everybody else is $700 and up? I wrote to search in post #2

I don't get the fascination with them at all.
For people that don't have a lot of money to spend, paying half the price for something is a big thing. If I had the money, I would have bought something made in the US.

Just received mine today from Titan. I ordered the 48 inch forks because my tractor has a backhoe as a counter weight. Total cost $455 and delivered (CA) in 6 days. The skid steer plate fits like a glove and the forks slide easily. It arrived strapped to the pictured pallet, shipping weight was slightly over 300 pounds. No complaints so far but they literally just got here. :)

Those actually look pretty nice. They look as well built as the bradco forks I've looked at. I'm 50/50 on whether I want a set of forks with the top rack piece or not though.

I love my Titan 48" forks. Doubles as a round bale spear also.
I can see where the spears fit into the plate but what secures them? Where did you get them from? I don't move that many rounds and have just adjusted the forks and stabbed the center with one and the other outside for balance. Spears would be nicer though.

I use the 42" pallet forks more than any other attachment. They are a must for any tractor owner with a quick attach..

To follow up on my initial review it has been almost a year now of use on my Titan Chinese 48 inch pallet forks and I have no complaints. I have used and abused them and feel that I got what i paid for and more.
The other reviewers are correct about the length of the forks and seeing them from the drivers seat, the longer the better.
A side note on this skid steer set up; From my experience make sure you have it, it is my favorite option thus far. Swapping the bucket for the forks etc. is so easy. My son in law talked me into it when I ordered my tractor and I thank him often.

I've had my Titan 42 inch forks for a couple months now. Like many others on here, I use these more than my bucket. My main use is for moving firewood logs and boulders around my property. I did have to modify the fork frame though. The receiver hitch tube stuck out the front of the fork frame which made it impossible to slide the forks together or both to one side of the frame. So I cut out the receiver tube and slid it out the back of the frame. I also welded on a 3/8 chain hook to each side of the middle support tube for when I have to chain something to the forks or just plain lift or drag stuff with them. One thing about these forks that was super frustrating is the gap at the bottom of the fork frame where the forks are meant to be removed. The receiver hitch sticking out the front meant that the opening at the bottom of the fork frame had to be separated. Any time I needed to have the forks set all the way in I would risk having the forks fall off the frame and this did happen a few times. I figure I'm most likely never going to need to remove the forks from the frame so i ended up making a filler plate for the bottom of the frame so that my forks can now be slid from one side to the other without risking them falling off.

My HLA are 42" and weigh 370 lbs..I like them but wish they were longer. But the longer you go, the more weight they weigh, the less lift capacity you have.

To follow up on my post, I have had the fork for close to a year now and I'm very happy with them. I use them mostly to move 60" logs for firewood and to move my transfer tank to my truck when I need fuel.

I think they are worth the money. Don't know how I got along without them.
