Titan Front Hoe

Hello All,
I saw an interesting implement from Titan - a quick connect front hoe. I scoured the internet for videos/reviews of this but couldn't find a single one mounted to a tractor. All skid steers. Titan claims it can be used on a tractor as well. This hoe has a 6 foot depth and a variety of bucket widths with an optional thumb. Goes for about 2 grand.
So the question is, does anyone have any experience with this attachment and if so, how would you rate it? I have an LX3310 with loader, pallet forks, stump bucket, spade, grapple and post & tree puller for the front. Brush hog and wood chipper for the 3 pt. I deal with tons of rocks and boulders, tree stumps small and large, etc. up in the rocky hills in WV. Most likely, renting as necessary may remain my best bet but I'm curious about this thing.
Any input would be appreciated!

Also in WV, you're gonna break that thing on our soil. I also doubt it would have enough hydraulic flow to be useful.

It's maneuverability that becomes the biggest issue as a skid steer can pinot in place where a tractor can't.
That hoe does not pivot on the mount so you have to keep moving the tractor around to position it.

Yeah I'm with you there! It's more like a bunch of rocks with some dirt around them haha. I also get the maneuverability and hydraulic part. I do love me a skid steer just can't afford it right now.
Mostly I'm just wondering if anyone with a tractor has actually got one of these and if so are they worth a damn.

I’ve seen one. Never used one. Met a guy that had one and asked him if it worked well on his tractor. He said he used it once in a while and it worked pretty well for trenching on his skid steer. He also said he tried it on his tractor once just to see if it would do anything, but it was useless because the hood hid the whole thing so he couldn’t see what he was doing. Made sense so I never bought one.

They are about as desirable as a 3PH BH. Great way to break your machine. Would your LX be able to lift it? Personally I'd rent or hire an excavator or buy a full sized construction Case/CAT/JD TLB if I wanted wheels.

Having to get on and off the machine every 3 feet isn't very productive IMHO.

Yup, thanks. I'll stick with what I got. I can rent a real excavator from time to time and really get it done. Appreciate the feedback, thanks!
