I was told it wouldn't make a difference but the person bought it for the 3200 I would think they sized it to that tractor and it would be to big for 2650. Am I correct?

Of course you can. The question would be what size is the tiller and would the B have enough horsepower to run it efficiently?

Ground conditions would be a big factor but I would try it.
