Thumbs up for my Kubota dealer

I purchased a new L2501 Nov of 2019 and at that time was given a coupon for filter and engine oil , value up to $50. The coupon expired July of 2020. For a few reasons (mostly my own laziness) I did not get back to the dealer before it expired.
Yesterday I stopped in at Service Motors Company , Dale Wi to purchase items for my 50 hour service. They were more than happy to still honor the coupon!

Riddle Tractor in Winston-Salem, NC has been great to deal with for me. Their service manager has been easy to reach and willing to discuss issues with me no matter how stupid they probably seem to him. I haven’t called him a lot so maybe that helps, don’t know. I know he could easily do the “I don’t know. Bring it in a week from Tuesday and we’ll look at it.” Never been anything but helpful from the sale to service to parts. Dealership was one of the big pluses for Kubota and they haven’t disappointed.

I guess thats human nature. Good service from a dealer is "expected" . When we receive poor service thats when we get upset (with good reason most of the time) and we let others know about it. I think great service above and beyond should be acknowledged also.
I have received great service from the initial contact , to a small issue with a tie rod end nut, to purchasing implements and service parts from this dealer. It certainly makes the ownership experience more enjoyable.

Could not have a better dealer in all ways. Kudos to Huckabone Equipment, Cobden Ontario Canada. They are fantastic to deal with.

Agreed, good to hear. I've always had good luck with my dealer (except the one time they forgot to tell me they had brought the tractor back after it was in the shop!), and feel really bad for all the negative stories I see around here lately.

It's good to hear some positive stories. I'm a believer that clear instruction and positive energy normally yield positive results. I've had great luck with my Kubota tractor and my Kubota Construction equipment dealers.

Good to hear you liked your experience at Service Motors Ken. I'm in shopping mode at the present time, and have been putting ideas together for a L2501 on-line. I will do my shopping at both Service Motors Dale, and also Rew Kabota in Wittenberg....I'm smack in the middle of both and wondering if you looked at Rew's at all? I plan to find out how much difference their will be with dealers.

I did not check with Rew in Wittenberg. I had a bit of experience with Service Motors previously as far as parts for my B7100 so was familiar with them when I shopped for the L2501. I had narrowed down my choices to the Kubota L2501 and a Kioti CK2610. The Kioti dealer was much closer to where I live in Waupaca. Service Motors in Dale is about 22 miles.

That's good business sense on behalf of your dealer. That $50 will be a good investment when you go there and buy your next Kubota.
