I am just about to reassemble my b7100 which is split in three.
Amongst many other parts, I have repaced the throw out bearing but not the holder.
The new bearing can be pressed, by hand onto the holder spigot but it can also be pulled off, without too much effort, by hand ,also; so it's not a real tight fit.
Rickcas , in one his posts, indicated he had to press his bearing on.
How tight a fit does it need to be and is it a problem if it moves free.
Should I use one of the loctite adhesive products to secure the bearing firmly to the holder spigot ?
I don't want to split the tractor again if this might cause a problem
