three point bleed down

My B7100 HST has a problem with the three point bleeding down, or not holding its position. I know therre is an adjustment on the rate of speed that the three point reacts to. My problem seems like internal leakage though. Does anyone else have this problem? The hour meter isn"t in use so I really don"t know the time on the machine.
