Thoughts on adding a FEL to L3010 or Trade Up?

Seems all my options may involve sizable $$$!

1. What are the pros and cons to adding a Kubota FEL to my L3010?
2. Pros and cons on aftermarket FELs & brand to purchase?
3. If I go the replacement route with a used Kubota w/FEL......is there a way to verify the hours on the meter?

No cons that I can think of.
As long as you get all the proper mounts any named loader will be good, I have a woods loader and think it's built a little better than the same size Kubota loader.
Kind of like a car if it say's 10,000 mile yet it has bald tires and leaks oil everywhere, and the motor rattles, someone's cheated the meter.
So look for excessive wear or lack of proper maintenance.

Wow, I was excited after reading Wolfman's suggestion about a Woods FEL.

I immediately called my local dealer, and was quoted "approx $6,000 installed"!!

Does that sound in the ballpark of a decent price?

The price sounds reasonable to me. A non OEM loader will affect the resale value in some case, but I doubt it will apply in this case. As to performance, Woods is as good as or better than OEM.

If it comes with all the subframe, valve, and hoses, and a QA bucket that sounds about right.
