Ideally, you need to be able to feather the valve to get the adjustment just right, sometimes a gradual adjustment transition. electric valves are either open all the way or closed. Yes you can flick the electric control switch off-on-off-on, but what you actually get are little jumps in the adjustment, not a smooth continuous transition.

They obviously work, or they would stop selling them.
But as I said, not the ideal controls for something that often needs a fine gradual adjustment.
They are definitely better than manual adjustments, but that's about it IMO.
Sums it all up perfectly!

No leaking issues? I'll be switching my FEL on and off between mowing and loader work.
Thanks'

Never a drop from the 6 circuit single lever hydraulic FEL manifold on my L6060. Have a similar unit on my M9960, but it is only 4 circuit so third function still has separate couplings. Still handy. Never a drop from either but always a few drops from the single couplings on the M9960 third function hoses.

I can install/remove my FEL in about 10 minutes but need front weights for the heavy Woods cutter and weights must come off to install FEL.
