Hey guys I have an l3301 with a kubota bh72 backhoe and the quick attach front loader bucket.
Tractor has 110hrs on it and I also have a land pride 5ft bush hog.
What would be a good asking price. Tractor is paid off so I'm not in a big hurry to sell it but since I bought my bx2670 I don't use the bigger tractor much at all.
Thanks for any help.
Dan

Jump on the Tractor House website and see what a comparable unit is selling for and go from there.

Hi Dan,

Backhoe is “72”, not “77”?? My 3301 has a BH77 backhoe. What type of transmission? HST? Condition of tractor and age are important, too. Has it been stored inside? Depending on condition, I would think that a 3301 with a backhoe and FEL would be well worth $24,000. But these are strange times!

I don't remember the backhoe number it's possible that it's a bh77.
It's been kept indoors and it looks brand new. I'm gonna be using it today so it will have a little over 110 hours on it. I'm thinking about asking 24,000 and go from there.
Thanks guys.

Brought the tractor home from the property to get it ready to sell. I'm gonna sell the land pride 58" tiller and land pride Bush hog with it. Tires are loaded with rimgaurd.
Do you guys think asking 25,000 is too much? Backhoe and tiller have maybe 10 hours on them.

Check for comps in your area, they will drive the price more than anything else.

I have a buddy (computer illiterate) that has me post stuff for him and I always check local pricing (craigs/FB Market etc) to see where it is at. He always lists too high and never gets any calls. That is one problem, if they never call, you don't get a chance to sell them.

I always say to him, do you want to list it, or sell it. I think he just mostly wants to list stuff. lol

You could also go a little lower and keep the attachments. They usually sell fine and fast.

That's not a bad idea at all. I know most people don't need all of the implements and especially the tiller would sell pretty quick around here. Thanks guys I'll get some good pictures and get it on the internet. I wish I used it more, I had an l2800 a while back and now I have an m4900 so it doesn't get used enough to justify keeping it.
