I was walking around the town square here at lunch noticed the lunch menus for a couple of the cafe's.....

Mike, they did cook them in sauce....I never knew a turkey neck had as much meat on it as it does!

Scrapple in pretty common in the north east. Was surprised to find it at an Amish store in Branson Mo last summer. All was good and was gonna buy some to take home till my wife found out what it was

It's actually supposed to be Hog Maw, not Mog. It is stuffed pig stomach, cabbage, sausage, potatoes and spices, the stomach is really only used to hold everything together to bake it, though the top of it gets crispy like a chicken skin and can be eaten. It is very good eats! Scrapple too....we have all that good stuff here in Amish country.

We have the hamburger horseshoe in Central Illinois. It's two pieces of toast laid flat, two hamburger patties one on each toast piece, french fries piled on top and then all of it covered in melted cheese. Also home of "Chilli" spelled with two "L's".
