This is a general newbie to thermosiphon cooling systems question.
While doing some mowing today I noticed there was a little bit of coolant coming out of the overflow / whistle. The whistle never actually whistled.
I rode her back up towards the shop put a large towel over the radiator cap and took it off there was no pressure, and it did not look to me like the coolant was flowing like you would see in a normal cooling system.
The upper radiator hose was relatively hot, and the lower radiator hose was barely warm.
I'm just wondering if this system is working properly, I have no idea what to expect, I have never had one of these systems before. Any insight would be helpful.
