The wash cloth I used this morning had a decent sized hole in the center. First thought - toss it. Then it made me think of when we were married in 1970 and starting out. It was fun to be out on our own and we didn't miss living at home except for some small things. One of those things was old towels and washcloths. Everything we had was brand new. When it came to cleaning up, waxing the car, etc. we didn't have decommissioned stuff for "rags". Now we have plenty:)

Just threw out a pair of underwear with the same problem. Not using those for a rag.
Why do they call it a pair of underwear when there's only one?

I have highly efficient wash cloths. I start out washing my face, next thing I know, I'm washing the back of my neck...

Found these at Wally World a while back, $17 a roll, perforated like paper towels. Throw right in the wash and reuse. Very tough, long lasting, absorbent. Use them all over the house, great bar rag for the kitchen, wax the car, etc.

Never heard of that. Interesting! Wifey's one cousin showed us some cloths that are supposed to have silver content(?) that makes them kill the "crobies".
