And no I not talking about mowing or plowing or gardening though thats not to far either.
Im talking about out door cooking! Now I have no doubt that we have some really fine out door cooks in here so how about sharing some of your talent. You know good CHILE, soups stews, beef chicken, fish, pork and lamb and wild game as well. Stuff that can be done outside on a grill, fire pit ,charcoal stove that kinds of stuff. And you guys that smoke stuff, please don’t unless it can be done on a grill type thing, as smoking stuff is an art that take most guys years to perfect.
So lets have it boys all the ingredients and how you do it, us hungry guys are waitin!!!

Skeets, I love tractors, esp. Kubotas. I'll talk to anyone about them new or old. I don't hunt, fish, waterski, fly an airplane, golf, or anyother hobby. But I like tractors & farm equipment. When it come to cooking, whether indoor or out, I run in the other direction. Don't get me wrong, I love to eat and I'm glad there are those that do love to cook. I'm sure the right folks haven't seen your post yet.

We grill on the outdoor gas oven all year long but not much interesting to say about it. Season a nice steak, grill it medium medium-rare, salt to taste and enjoy! Add a baked potato and some rabbit food and you've got yourself a meal.

I grill all year round.
I started with a home made smoker. Ugly drum smoker.

I was then given a pretty sweet grill, my Dad never used it.
I can use it to grill a steak by cooking directly over the coals.
My favorite way to cook is placing the meat of choice over non-direct heat.

I buy my steaks from a dynamite place in town.
They cost a few buck$ more than your typical store but it is definitley worth it.
You can buy a mediocre steak for $10 or an amazing steak for $13
Worth it.

Ribs are my favorite thing to cook.
I have the local shop cut them for me.
St. Louis style.

I will post pics of my next foray with the smoker.
Charcoal is the only way to go.

I wonder what kind of spinner was used? How deep? What color? Weed line or drop off?
