Saw this on “A Ritter Bit Will Do” and had to look it up. Interesting history on YouTube video.

The Minneapolis-Moline UDLX was the first production farm tractor with cab. Designed to operate as both a tractor and automobile, the UDLX was equipped with a 40 mile-per-hour road gear.

Seems like I read there’s a couple places that track known surviving UDLX. Never have seen one in person.

They occasionally appear on the auction market.

Often are $100k+.

I often have RFDTV on in my garage. Today’s episode of Mecum’s Classic Tractor Auction was a repeat from while back where they compiled Top-10.

#1 was a UDLX at $200k. There’s 122 known left.

There is one in the keystone tractor museum in Virginia. Beautiful machine. If you have not had an opportunity check this museum out it is worth your time. I have been several times and spent most of the day there. They have some unusual tractors.
