I checked my lights today, and to my surprise 2 of the 5 LEDs in the front light that came with my Kubota cab have failed. I doubt that I have used them for possibly 4 or 5 hours total. The cab was installed in March 2021.

LEDs used to be indicators only, such as panel lights. I've never seen one fail when run at reasonable current.
Now that they are bright enough to be used for illumination, they are run hard and get hot. So the lamp has to be properly designed and cooled. If you can get a free replacement I think it would be reasonable to give it a second chance.
If you have to pay, I'd try a different headlight, hopefully with a warranty.

They should outlast incandescents by a lot.
The 5000 lumen lamp I just bought claims 25,000 hour life.

I agree that it should last a very long time, but it hasn't. I am wondering if it is just a defective unit that is a one in a thousand. By the way, i. It isn't the headlight, it is the light that is mounted just under the roof of the cab.

I’d ditch em unless your able to get it replaced at no cost. As stated above. Much better light options out there than the ones kubota uses. My kubota is a 2017 so it didn’t come with the led work lights up top. You can bet I changed them nasty yellow looking lights first chance I had along with adding 4 lights across the back of the cab. Zero issues in the past 2-3 years and they are all still working like new. LED lights should last a long time but I’m sure like anything else a few bad apples always make it.

You did just do a wiring project? Maybe check your connections and grounds?

It is internal to the light itself. Three of the LEDs illuminate, and two don't. Has nothing to do with the wiring. I will ask the dealer that installed the cab if he would warranty it, but I doubt it because it is a year and eight months.

Sadly this the 'normal' today, seeing how they ,like everything else ,were probably ' Made in CHINA'. Questionable parts, quickly assembled, not properly designed or tested, sold cheaply and resellers not supporting the us, the buyers.
Can you get better LEDs , Yes though they cost more,of course. I have some CREE based units, retail for $300 each that will outlive me. I also have some 35 year old LEDs that are operating 24/7 and still have 96% of their intensity. So you CAN get a quality product..
The dealer / KUBOTA should replace the DEFECTIVE unit if the tractor has low hours ( <1000 )

I spoke to the warrantee person at the dealership and he said that the lights came as part of the package of the cab. He explained that the cab is sold as a part and installed by the dealer and that it comes with a 90-day warranty from Kubota. Having told me that, he said it wasn't covered under the Kubota 2-year warranty, but he would reach out to Kubota and see if they will replace it. Told me that he will give me a call back when he has an answer from Kubota. The only problem with trying to retrofit a non-Kubota part to the cab is the way that Kubota mounts the light. Technically, it isn't a Kubota part since it is manufactured in Massachussettes by Curtis Cab Company and sold by Kubota.

DustyRusty, you might take a look at the lens and see if a name is stamped in the plastic. Probably made in China and sold by Peterson. Peterson imports all kinds of lights by tlhe container. Perhaps one you can find individually will fit right in.
