The dog rolled the rtv x1160. Really the dog jumped in and trounced on the accelerator, up a tree and on its side it went.

Standard stuff. Pull glow plugs or injectors (whatever is easier). Turn the motor over and male sure nothing squirts out of the holes. Make sure the oil level is OK. Reinstall whatever you pulled.

Like The Evil Twin suggested.
Get it up right, pull glow plugs or injectors.
Check all fluids.
And check air filter, seen several different pieces of equipment where oil has back feed into air filter.

I think the OP needs to sue Kubota for $11M because there isn't a sticker saying don't leave the engine running and a dog in the cab.

Worked for the kid riding on the skidsteer loader arms....$11M payday.

Maybe the dog will sue the owner for not having it in park.

(apology in-advance for the reality-check)

$11M is not a reward for poor behavior or lack of diligence. It’s most likely an out-of-court settlement an insurance co. prefers to a trial.

$11M does not bring a child back to life…. or relieve the suffering the adults will forever experience.

Looks like a jury felt that punishing deep pockets was in order over lack of stickers

Maybe stickers would help these kids?

My point was… That no one deliberately permanently injured themselves for $11M …which your previous post suggests….
…but I ”get it” when you point out that reliance upon “safety-stickers” seems to be out of control.
This would also indicate that it was indeed the operator’s fault that the injury occurred….and consequently/ultimately the skid-steer Owner’s Liability for failing to instruct/train the operator.

I guess that means it’s Seveier01’s fault for not having properly instructed/trained the dog. :ROFLMAO:

That 11M$ should never have been awarded. The 'kid' KNOWINGLY put himself in harm's way . While he probably didn't want to get hurt, HE was 100% responsible...

BTW, of the 20 parts for a subcompact grapple, SEVEN are warning stickers ! That's close to 1/3rd of the total number of parts. The user manual is about 80% 'safety' stuff.....

I am curious about the machine NOT having an OPC in it ?
